I have running commentary on my actions.

There’s nothing around me that will not be mentioned by the voice.
He is looking at this, he scratches, he smokes etc.
Goddess Annette has this role.
She also talks in poetry, and I get blissful by her voice.
Let me remind you that in my first psychotic episode,
Annette talked to me and I was forever in love with Her. I even wrote a love letter asking her to marry me.
So, she does the running commentary on every action and thought I have.
I am always aware of my actions, thoughts, intentions, objects around me etc.
Command hallucinations and running commentary fill my brain. Either saying "bite your ears, bang your head, walk, stand up" or "he is standing up, he is smoking, he is eating" etc.
